Annie is a 13 year-old AES Warmblood – a showjumping breed who is related to Explosion W, the Tokyo Olympic Individual Gold Medalist with Ben Mayer! She’s very quirky, such as she doesn’t like her boots getting wet in the ford, doesn’t like coming in if she feels she’s not had long enough out, and doesn’t like being caught in the stable if she hasn’t finished her bring in haylage. She’s also an incredible nanny, leading nervous riders and ponies through the ford, and she doesn’t react when they’re being silly. We’ve owned her for nearly 8 years and she’s taught us so much, even though I’ve owned horses for 40 years!

She doesn’t accept a whip at all, ever, or an exercise rug/long coat over her back and she’s been placed four times at Hickstead International meetings! Last week we qualified at two heights showjumping for the Sunshine Tour at Hickstead without even trying to get placed. It wasn’t my intention. That was first time out jumping in a year!

Angie has drawn both my golden retrievers and her lifelike portraits are unbelievable, attention to detail and presentation is second to none. If you are looking for that special memory keepsake I would definitely recommend Angie without doubt. Brought many tears to my eyes, she certainly has an exceptional talent.

I knew that when we unexpectedly lost our beautiful Casper last Christmas, there was only one person I wanted to capture his personality and character and immortalise him. Having followed Angie for years on social media I actually had the pleasure of meeting her when she was exhibiting at Painshill Park and commissioned her. Everyone who knew our beautiful German Shepherd cannot get over how lifelike the portrait is. Cannot recommend Angie highly enough.

Angie will not let you down, I recently said goodbye to my beloved Beagle. In the weeks that followed I came across an amazing portrait of a beagle named Bob, utterly stunning, the artist was Angie. I did not hesitate to contact Angie to create a portrait of my own Reuben, my portrait was delivered yesterday and it captures him perfectly. Angie has done some absolutely stunning portraits for me and my sister. My sister also commissioned her to do another one of her dog as an older boy. Angie’s work is absolutely amazing, the detail and the likeness is just incredible. She is extremely talented, drawing just from the photos her clients send in, I know my photos I sent her were not brilliant but through her sheer skill and eye for detail she produced me a very detailed and lifelike portrait of my two hens, she has absolutely captured their characters and personalities I was truly inspired by her work. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her; if you want that special drawing of your loved pet or any animal (she can literally draw anything!) then Angie is the lady you should seek out. I simply would not go to anyone else. Also, she does the most amazing horses, her work is truly mesmerising.

I Just received my portrait of Toby today and it's amazing I love it. The detail in it is spot on considering the photos i gave to Angie were really old and grainy and not great she has done a fantastic job I can't stop looking at him. We commissioned two large artworks of our dogs from Angie. Angie went out of her way to understand exactly what we hoped for and how important it was for us to have such unique portraits of our dogs in one of their favourite places.

Both works arrived in perfect condition and although we had seen progress photos, seeing the actual artworks up close and in our home exceeded all our expectations. We shall be able to admire our dogs for ever! The likenesses and details are perfect.

Words cannot express how delighted we are with the portrait of our 12.5 year old GSD Sasha, who sadly passed away earlier this year after such a short illness.

I just received my portrait from Angie! It is absolute perfection. She was able to capture the personality and beauty of my girl Callie and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how the portrait turned out. Angie is so talented! I recently found out Callie has cancer and this portrait is going to end up as more of a memorial photo vs. one I would just have with her still being here with me. It means so much to me that Angie did this and was worth every penny. She is great with communication and always kept me in the loop. I will definitely be getting many future pet portraits by her! She is so popular that her waitlist may be a little long (I waited 2 years), but I promise she is worth the wait!!!!

My Snow Leopard print has just arrived and I absolutely love it! The print is amazing, so life-like I feel I can practically stroke the fur. and touch the nose. I asked Angie to choose a suitable frame as I trusted her artistic eye and she has come up trumps! All I have to do is hang it on my wall. (Have to confess I was a bit worried about the delivery. Would there be any damage, for instance? I needn't have bothered worrying. The framed print was beautifully and securely wrapped and yet easy to unpack). The whole experience from start to finish has been a joy. Angie is such a lovely friendly person who keeps you informed throughout your commission. My pencil portrait of my 2 dogs ,( Millie & Rocco) were absolutely out of this world, so lifelike. We can’t thank Angie enough, we’re over the moon with them. It came beautifully wrapped, the bow added a nice touch.

This afternoon I received Alfie's portrait from Angie, to say I am blown away is an understatement!! I'd seen work in progress pictures so knew from these that Angie had captured Alfie perfectly but seeing the actual portrait was something else entirely!! His eyes are so alive and I feel like he is looking at me!
Angie has been an absolute joy to deal with, she kept me informed through the whole process and made sure I was happy with the completed portrait before posting. The portrait was packaged so well and it felt very special unwrapping it and seeing it for the first time.
I cannot recommend Angie highly enough, her work is amazing.
