All the Terrier breeds pack a huge amount of character into a little dog. Hardy, energetic dogs with a great deal of determination and a love of digging (the name Terrier derives from the latin terra, meaning earth). There are many different breeds – Yorkshire Terrier, Fox Terrier, Border Terrier, Highland Terrier and Jack Russell Terrier to name just a few.
